Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage online presence, create engaging content, and execute digital marketing strategies to grow our brand and products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create content (posts, captions, basic creatives)

• Coordinate with design and development teams

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

• Handle basic SEO and content optimization

• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts

• Experience with social media management tools

• Content writing skills (English/Bangla)

• Understanding of Facebook Ads / Google Ads (basic)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)

• Video editing basics

• SEO or analytics experience

• Prior experience in a startup or agency
